RP Goalkeeping Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, guidelines, and expectations for all participants, parents/guardians, and visitors involved with RP Goalkeeping. By booking or attending any of our sessions, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking system or via direct communication.

  • Payment must be made prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Places are not secured until payment has been received.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • RP Goalkeeping reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, coach availability, or safety concerns. In such cases, refunds or credits will be provided.

3. Player Responsibilities

Participants must:

  • Arrive on time and prepared with appropriate footwear, gloves, clothing, and water.

  • Follow all instructions from coaches.

  • Behave respectfully towards coaches, other players, and facilities.

  • Inform coaches of any injuries, illnesses, or additional needs before the session.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Parents/guardians must:

  • Ensure their child arrives and is collected safely and on time.

  • Remain respectful and supportive around the training environment.

  • Inform us of any medical or safeguarding concerns.

5. Safety and Conduct

  • RP Goalkeeping is committed to providing a safe and positive environment.

  • Bullying, abusive behaviour, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

  • RP Goalkeeping reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

6. Health and Medical

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/player to disclose any medical conditions.

  • RP Goalkeeping coaches are not permitted to administer medication.

  • In the event of an emergency, we will contact the listed parent/guardian immediately.

7. Media and Photography

  • Photographs or videos may be taken during sessions.

  • Media will only be used for promotional purposes with prior consent.

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

8. Equipment and Facilities

  • Players must respect all equipment and facilities used.

  • Any intentional damage may result in charges or removal from sessions.

9. Weather Conditions

  • Sessions may continue in light rain unless conditions become unsafe.

  • RP Goalkeeping will notify participants of cancellations as early as possible.

10. Liability

  • RP Goalkeeping takes reasonable steps to ensure safety but is not responsible for injuries that occur as a result of normal sporting activity.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.

11. Data Protection

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We only collect information necessary for communication, safety, and participation.

12. Changes to Terms

RP Goalkeeping may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly when appropriate.
