RP Goalkeeping Refund Policy

At RP Goalkeeping, we aim to provide high-quality training and a positive experience for all players. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our sessions, programmes, and events.

1. Cancellations by RP Goalkeeping

If RP Goalkeeping cancels a session, programme, or event:

  • A full refund or a credit for a future session will be offered.

  • We will notify you as early as possible of any cancellations or changes.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

Individual Sessions (1-2-1 or small group):

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session are eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.

Development Centres / Block Bookings

  • Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the start of the programme.

  • Once the programme has begun, refunds are not available, but credits may be offered at our discretion.

3. Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • Where possible, we may offer a replacement session, but this is not guaranteed.

4. Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If a player cannot attend due to injury, illness, or another exceptional circumstance:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Refunds or credits may be offered at the discretion of RP Goalkeeping.

5. No-Show Policy

Players who do not attend their session without notifying us will not receive a refund or credit.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 working days for processing.
